Honolulu – go! today reported preliminary traffic figures for March 2009 and noted it achieved 64,093 passenger enplanements, a 17.38% increase over the 54,604 passengers carried in March 2008. Last month go! generated 14.04 million available seat miles and 9.35 million revenue passenger miles versus 11.91 million available seat miles and 8.08 million revenue passenger miles in March 2008. go!’s load factor for March 2009 was 66.58% compared to 67.80% for the same period in 2008.

HONOLULU – go! today announced it has concluded a code share agreement with Hawaii Island Air Inc. (dba Island Air). Effective March 25, 2009 and available for immediate travel, Mesa's independent Hawai'i operation, dba go!, will begin marketing services to be flown by Island Air between Kahului, Maui and Hilo, the Big Island and Lihu'e, Kaua'i; Honolulu and Kapalua, Maui; Honolulu and Lana'i; Honolulu and Moloka'i; Kahului, and Kona, the Big Island and between Kahului and Moloka'i. The new services will be available through go!'s website at iflygo.com or by calling 1-888-iflygo2 and also Island Air's website at islandair.com or by calling 808-484-2222 (O'ahu) and 800-652-6541 (neighbor islands and N. America).

noted it achieved 56,052 passenger enplanements, an 11.90% increase over the 50,090
passengers carried in February 2008. Last month go! generated 12.00 million available
seat miles and 7.95 million revenue passenger miles versus 10.97 million available

in January 2009 Traffic
Honolulu – go! today reported preliminary traffic figures for January 2009 and noted
it achieved 58,216 passenger enplanements, a 33.03% increase over the 43,763 passengers
carried in January 2008. Last month go! generated 13.28 million available seat miles
and 8.58 million revenue passenger miles versus 11.02 million available seat miles
and 6.43 million revenue passenger miles in January 2008. go!’s load factor for

go! Reports December 2008 Traffic and Adds Aircraft
to Hawai’i Fleet
Honolulu – go! today reported its December 2008 traffic figures which included a
67.12% load factor, up from 65.79% for the same period in 2007. Last month go! recorded
58,833 passenger enplanements, a 14.4% increase over the 51,419 passengers carried
in December 2007. The airline also generated 13.23 million available seat miles
and 8.88 million revenue passenger miles versus 11.40 million available seat miles
and 7.50 million revenue passenger miles in December 2007.
go! also reported its 2008 year-end traffic figures and noted significant growth
over its 2007 operations, including a 17.16% increase in revenue passenger miles,
a 16.32% increase in available seat miles, a 15.18% increase in total passenger
enplanements and a 0.5% increase in total load factor.

go! Begins New Passenger and Ground Handling Partnership
with Aloha Contract Services
Honolulu – go! announced that beginning today, Aloha Contract Services will provide
full passenger service, ramp operations support and baggage services for all go!
flights operating in Kahului, Maui; Lihue, Kaua’i and Kona, on the Big Island. The
contract will cover approximately 46 flights per day and have a value of $6 million
per year.

Mesa Air Group Settles Aloha Lawsuit and Agrees to Enter Long Term Licensing Agreement
Mesa Air Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MESA) today announced that it entered into a settlement
with the former controlling shareholder of Aloha Airlines concerning the Aloha Airlines
lawsuit over Mesa's Hawaiian inter-island flight services operated under the go!
brand name. Under the terms of the settlement, and without admitting any wrongdoing,
Mesa agreed:
- Mesa will make a cash payment of $2 million;
- Mesa will issue shares of Mesa common stock equal to 10% of its currently outstanding
shares;
- Mesa will provide certain Hawaiian inter-island travel benefits to the former employees
of Aloha Airlines;
- In the event the shareholder is able to purchase the “Aloha” name in the upcoming
bankruptcy court auction, it will license the “Aloha” name to Mesa.

look forward to re-branding service under the Aloha name in the near future,” said

passenger traffic figures for October 2008 and noted it achieved 63,482 passenger
enplanements, an 18.53% increase over the 53,559 passengers carried in the prior
October. Last month go! generated 13.33 million available seat miles and 9.43 million
revenue passenger miles versus 11.41 million available seat miles and 7.67 million
revenue passenger miles in October 2007. go!’s load factor for October 2008 was
70.75%, compared to 67.23% for the same period in 2007 while it recorded an on-time

go! Hawai`i’s Low Fare Airline Reports August 2008 Traffic
HONOLULU — September 8, 2008. go! today reported preliminary
traffic figures for August 2008 indicating that its operations generated 15.4 million
available seat miles, 10.9 million revenue passenger miles and 75,037 passengers,
compared with 65,736 in August 2007. Load factor for August 2008 was 70.66%, compared
to 71.49% for the same period in 2007. Hawai'i's low fare airline recorded an on-time
performance rate of 82%.
In a recent survey completed by more than 4700 go! customers,
89.3% said they thought our iflygo.com website was cool or very cool and 84.2% think
our Customer Care and Reservations teams are doing a great job. 77.4% told us they
appreciate the ease, simplicity and short walk from the parking lot to our Honolulu
terminal, and an overwhelming 89.4% of go! customers rated
our friendly flight attendants as great or excellent. Not surprisingly, the highest
score of over 90% was reserved for our great low fares, with customers saying they
believed fares would skyrocket if go! left the Hawai’i market.

HONOLULU — go! today reported its preliminary traffic figures
for July 2008, indicating that its operations generated 15.7 million available seat
miles and 11.0 million revenue passenger miles. go! carried 76,895 passengers in
July, compared with 75,255 for the same period in 2007. go!’s load factor for July
2008 was 70.40%, compared to 82.72% in July 2007. Hawai'i's low fare airline recorded
an on-time performance of 82.4%.
“Dramatically higher fuel prices have unfortunately required us to institute higher
fares. While revenue per available seat mile has increased, year-over-year, load
factors have declined," said Mesa Air Group Chairman and CEO, Jonathan Ornstein.

go! Institutes First-Checked-Bag Surcharge
HONOLULU — go! today announced starting August 10, 2008,
it will begin charging a first-checked-bag service charge of $10 on all of its interisland
flights to offset the increases in the cost of fuel and to give go!
passengers more cost-saving options.
With the introduction of this first-checked-bag fee, go!
has reduced it’s second-checked-bag fee to $17. Announced last month, the second-checked-bag
fee applies to passengers who purchased tickets on or after June 25, 2008 for travel
on or after July 15, 2008.
“Fuel costs have more than doubled since we first entered the Hawaiian market,”
said Jonathan Ornstein, Mesa Air Group Chairman and CEO. “In this extremely challenging
environment we remain committed to providing the best interisland service at the
lowest possible cost and are working to provide options instead of raising overall

The $10 first-checked-bag fee takes effect for travel that begins on August 10,

on February 17, 2008, in conjunction with Ho’omau 2008, it will officially launch
a new website using only the Hawaiian language. This new site is available at www.lelegowau.com (Hawaiian for
www.iflygo.com) and will allow passengers to search for and book interisland
travel, all in Hawaiian. go! is extremely proud to launch the first airline website
and the first e-commerce website to use only the Hawaiian language. The new site
is also available by selecting “Hawaiian” from the language drop-down menu at www.iflygo.com.
Ho’omau 2008 is the 10th annual Ho‘omau concert, which benefits all O‘ahu Hawaiian
language immersion schools and will be held on Sunday, February 17, 2008, at the
Waikïkï Shell.

of Hawai’i’s Hawaiian language immersion schools who assisted in translation and

Mesa Air Group Signs Landmark Agreement in China with Shenzhen Airlines
Beijing, December 22, 2006 Mesa Air Group Inc. (Nasdaq: MESA), today signed a Joint
Venture agreement with Shenzhen Airlines to create a Chinese regional airline, the
name of which is yet to be determined. The new airline is expected to commence scheduled
services within 12 months, initially operating 50-seat regional jets on domestic
routes within the People's Republic of China. Focus cities for the new services
will include Shenzhen, Beijing, Chongqing, Xiamen, Nanjing, Kunming, Dalian, Shenyang,
Xian, Zhengzhou and Nanning.

HONOLULU, September 14, 2006 - go!, the interisland Hawaii
division of Mesa Air Group Inc, (Nasdaq:MESA) and Mokulele Airlines today entered
into a memorandum of understanding to establish a code share agreement to service
new Hawaii destinations.
The new services will fly under the go!Express brand and
customers will be able to earn valuable frequent flyer miles on all
go! flights.
Mokulele Airlines was recently granted authority from the Department of Transportation
to provide scheduled service. It will operate a brand new fleet of Cessna Grand
Caravan 208B aircraft in the go!Express livery to Kapalua,
Lanai and Molokai from Honolulu. It will complement existing service provided by
go! to Lihue, Kahului, Kona and Hilo. go!Express
will also offer other non-stop services between neighbor islands.

communities of Hawaii,” said Mokulele Airlines CEO, Bill Boyer. “As a Hawaii company,

go! Rewards 139,000th Passenger to Fly Interisland
HONOLULU go!, the interisland Hawaii division of Mesa Air
Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MESA), celebrated its 139,000th passenger today. After flying
on go! as the 139,000th passenger, Celeste Tanabe of Waipahu,
Oahu was given the next cheapest way to get around the islands: a new, blue Diamo
Retro moped as well as four round trip tickets on go!. Celeste
was surprised this morning when she arrived in Honolulu from Kahului.
go! chose to honor its 139,000th passenger to acknowledge its signature
$39* one-way interisland airfare.
"I’m going to tell my family about flying go! because the

"Today has been great! We wanted to do something special to thank the passengers

HONOLULU—Hawaii's new low fare interisland carrier, go!,
today announced it recently signed a sponsorship agreement with the local band,
Big Every Time, also known as B.E.T.
B.E.T.'s South Pacific reggae/hip-hop style music will become go!'s
corporate sound. Their music will be played on flights, and passengers who are familiar
with B.E.T. will also recognize their voices when they hear greetings or directions
while onboard the aircraft.

First go! Aircraft Lands at Honolulu International Airport
and Prepares for Service
HONOLULU—The very first go! aircraft arrived in Honolulu
Friday from Phoenix, marking a milestone in the progression of Mesa Air Group’s
new interisland service. Chief Operating Officer Greg Stephens and other
go! employees met the plane, which landed in the early afternoon at Honolulu
International Airport.
“The arrival of this aircraft demonstrates our commitment to the launch of go! and our service to the people of Hawaii,” said Jonathan
Ornstein, Mesa Air Group chairman and CEO. “Our first flights are on June 9 and
we’re selling our $39 one way and $59 round trip fares on our website,
www.iflygo.com. But, sometimes people need to see to believe!” he added.
More go! aircraft are on their way to Hawaii.
The aircraft’s livery, which was designed in-house at Mesa Air Group, features a
wave originally photographed off the North Shore of Oahu. The aircraft boasts leather
seats and two-by-two seating with no middle seats, and is one of the quietest jets
flying today. The aircraft is powered by high performance General Electric CF34-3B1
engines and is capable of flying at speeds of more than 500 miles per hour, with
a cruising altitude of up to 41,000 feet. The Canadair Region Jet, or CRJ 200, is
manufactured by Canadian-based Bombardier, Inc.
All go! aircraft will operate from the commuter terminal
at the Honolulu International Airport. The new aircraft is parked there as of today.
go! will launch on June 9, 2006 with service between Honolulu
and Kona, Lihue and Maui-Kahului with 32 flights per day. The number of daily flights
will increase to 62 as service is added to Hilo from Honolulu on June 30th. go! is entering Hawaii with one-way fares as low as $39.
